Wallets
I finally decided to make some wallets. I was inspired by Bleu de Chauffe’s card holders. Plus, my old wallet was just too thick for my liking.
I was in need of something thinner…and something more unique.
Slim Wallet
I had been on the lookout for a slim wallet for a while. Then, I came across the Visamex Card Holder from Bleu de Chauffe. For a moment, I considered just buying one. Then I thought about all the different combinations I could make with the materials I had. I went ahead and gave it a shot.
Fold Wallet
After showing the slim wallet to my family, they were concerned about how the card holder is open on the top. Although the cards were held securely between the layers of leather and would require a deliberate attempt to dislodge them, I went ahead and made an envelope style version. All it took was an extended back to be folded over and a button to secure it all. No more worries.
